RENOVATIONS
OUR APPROACH
From concept to completion.
Every renovation presents an opportunity to reconsider how a home looks, feels and functions.
Our process begins with understanding your home, your lifestyle and the possibilities within the existing space.
Through considered spatial planning, tailored material selections and carefully resolved detailing, we develop a cohesive design that balances individual expression with everyday functionality.
With over 18 years of experience across interior design, construction and project management, founder Belinda Kailis brings both creative vision and technical understanding to each project.
Working closely with trusted trades and suppliers, Belinda oversees the renovation process, coordinating the various elements required to bring the design to life.
The result is an integrated approach where design intent and construction considerations are addressed together.

REIMAGINING ESTABLISHED HOMES
A new perspective on familiar spaces.
We have a particular appreciation for established homes with character, history and untapped potential.
Whether reconfiguring a kitchen, transforming a series of bathrooms or undertaking a more extensive interior renovation, our approach respects the architectural qualities of the home while introducing contemporary functionality and refined detailing.
The intention is to create interiors that feel naturally connected to the home, yet distinctly reflective of those who live within it.
